We work with a wide range of boutique wine farms and renowned chefs to host interactive African pop-up events.

One of the chefs we work with is Khaya Kepe, who was born in the beautiful valley of Mlamli in Sterkspruit. Chef Khaya started cooking in tins, on an open fire at the tender age of 6. Her grandmother played a major role in her love of food, with recipes handed down from generation to generation. She has found a way to express herself through food and is carving her name in the South African foodie circles, as a strong and independent female competitor. She will blow your mind with her authentically African flare!

Another of our favorite chefs – Bruce Wylie, who started his culinary journey at a young age, making South African Durban style curries with his father. He later moved to Amsterdam to pursue his passion, where he worked his way up through the kitchen brigade in the hotel industry. He then returned to South Africa where he opened and owned Asu-ma’s Asian Fusion restaurant. Ten years later he moved to Chicago where he worked for Blue Plate Catering, Limelight and J&L Catering covering high end weddings and events. Obama’s inaugural speech when elected as president, events for the Clinton family and the George Lucas wedding to name just a few.
